Netherlands-based enterprise software provider Exact has sold the three US subsidiaries in its Specialised Solutions division to global technology company ECi Software Solutions.
The division, which consists of US subsidiaries Macola, JobBOSS and MAX, produces specialized ERP software for manufacturing and distribution.
Exact says that they will still offer software in their Cloud Solutions and Business Solutions divisions to a US client base.
Exact CEO Erik van der Meijden said “"Exact will increase focus on strengthening growth with its core global solution portfolio, consisting of Exact Online, Exact Globe and Exact Synergy.
“The portfolio is being extended through recent acquisitions in the Netherlands and France while at the same time we are investing in new services that help SMEs to be successful using the advanced capabilities of a digitized world."
Details of the transaction were not disclosed, but the deal is expected to close within the next two months.
