Statii MRP

Statii is a cloud-based, paperless MRP system for small and medium-sized make-to-order manufacturers.

It covers the full job lifecycle from quoting and sales orders to production scheduling, shop floor data collection, inventory management, and invoicing. The live dashboard shows open sales orders, work orders, and inventory alerts so managers can see where things stand without having to check each module individually.

As an alternative to enterprise-level ERP software, it suits businesses where every job is different (e.g. custom orders, bespoke components, one-offs) rather than those producing high volumes of identical stock items. 

Statii's core features

• Enquiry and quoting: Build cost estimates and send quotes directly from the system. Each enquiry captures labour, materials, and overhead so you can see job profitability before you commit.
• Sales orders: A central control hub for each job, linking through to work orders, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Work orders and route cards: Create work orders from sales orders and generate route cards for the shop floor. 
• Drag and drop scheduling: Lets production managers assign jobs to workstations and people, see what's overdue or upcoming, and make adjustments when things change.
• Shop floor data collection: Records actual labor times against each job, which feeds back into job costing and helps identify where estimates drift from reality.
• Inventory and purchase orders: Track raw material stock, set reorder points, and raise purchase orders. Statii supports both buy-to-order and make-to-order inventory models.
• Delivery notes and invoicing: Generate delivery notes and invoices directly from completed jobs. The system tracks what's been invoiced and flags overdue payments (note: Statii handles invoicing but doesn't have a full accounting module).
• Quality management: Log non-conformance reports against jobs or suppliers.
• Document management: Attach drawings, specs, and certificates to customers, suppliers, jobs, or inventory items.
• Diary and communications: A shared diary and task system for logging customer communications, follow-ups, and internal actions.

It's not a broad ERP and doesn't attempt to be. Manufacturers who need basic accounting, advanced financial reporting, or complex multi-site functionality will need to look at broader solutions. 

However, for a workshop or job shop that currently runs on paper or spreadsheets and wants a practical step up, Statii covers the fundamentals without significant overhead.
