Unit4 Releases New Task Management and Analytics Mobile Apps

Netherlands-based ERP software providers Unit4 have, this week, announced the release of two new mobile applications in support of their Coda Financials and Agresso products. Business Analytics Viewer, built for the iPad and Android devices, provides a business intelligence UI which allows users to assess corporate performance. Functionality within this app includes planning and budgeting, reporting, data analysis, performance tracking, risk management, and forecasting.

The second mobile app released is a task management app for iOS devices. The app, designed for employees responsible for financial documents, allows users to perform a variety of tasks relating to purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and journals.

NetSuite and Capgemini Form Global Partnership

*Cloud ERP provider NetSuite and consulting, technology, and outsourcing service providers Capgemini have, this week, formed a partnership to support the global distribution of NetSuite products and Capgemini’s services. This distribution will be in the form of joint offerings such as Two Tier ERP, Cloud ERP Assessment and Roadmap.

"We're thrilled to have Capgemini, with its significant business cloud expertise, as a partner as we transform the global enterprise software market," said NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson. "Together we can bring the flexibility and agility of the cloud to global organizations, giving them the technology, experience and insight to succeed."

This collaboration continues NetSuite’s aggressive partnership development program which has already seen them partner with online intelligence company Meltwater, and PLM systems provider Autodesk.

Plex Systems and Insequence Partner in Supply Chain Technology

Plex Systems Inc., provider of manufacturing ERP software, have collaborated with manufacturing and sequencing technology company Insequence in order to provide customers of Plex Systems with an optimized supply chain solution.

“This strategic partnership provides our community of users with the opportunity to operate more efficiently through Insequence’s innovative technology,” said Jim Shepherd, Vice President of Strategy, Plex Systems.
