Brightpearl is a cloud-based ERP for retailers and wholesalers. It aims to automate the back office to enable merchants to spend their time and money growing the business.

Brightpearl offers a complete back-office solution, including financial management, inventory and sales order management, purchasing and supplier management, CRM, fulfilment, warehouse and logistics as well high-performing connectors to the major e-commerce platforms, including Magento, BigCommerce and Shopify. It also provides a wide range of integrations to complementary technology, including 3PLs, carriers, marketing solutions and EDI providers.

Brightpearl specializes in automation, providing a highly flexible, rules-based automation engine that requires no technical skills or scripting.

Inventory management is simplified in Brightpearl via an internal email system that allows for orders to suppliers that when fulfilled updates the inventory level automatically. Inventory levels are also automatically increased and decreased based on sales demand and allow managers to create flow reports and inventory audit trails.

Brightpearl offers a web app for access from mobile devices and offers a tiered pricing structure for growth and flexibility.
